With thanks!

I want to initiate my fine art site with a note of deep thanks to all those who have encouraged, inspired, taught, and collaborated with me these many years. From when I was a small girl, drawing in the dirt with a stick, and my mother was so proud that she could recognize I was drawing a rabbit. She has always encouraged my creative side, not just in art but the rest of life as well. The creative people willing to put their hearts and minds out there to share themselves through their various artistic expressions, giving the rest of us inspiration as well as courage to dare to share our own dreams. The teachers who help us to refine our skills, and also to push past our fears so we can become something greater than we might on our own. And the “partners in crime” who we share energy and insight back and forth with, coming up with terrific (and many times terrible!) ideas. Thank you all for sharing of yourselves!
